I just want to shout out an amazing customer service experience today! I brought in a pair of soccer cleats that ripped after only 2 months of use. The staff offered an exchange no questions asked! I was so impressed at how easy they made the exchange!!!

Hands down this was the best Dick's sporting goods that I've ever gone to. The staff was extremely friendly helpful and made us feel very welcome. The staff was able to help us narrow down our decisions and we made some great choices on the products that they sell.

I always have an excellent experience at the Olympia Dick’s Sporting Goods. The customer service is consistently outstanding, and the team is incredibly knowledgeable. Daniel, the assistant manager, consistently goes above and beyond every time—he truly sets the tone for great customer service. His team, especially Miguel and Evan bring the same level of professionalism—quick to assist with genuine care for the customers. It’s clear this group takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend this location!

I popped in yesterday to get my son his first bike. Jonathan greeted us warmly and offered to put the bike together free of charge. When I was trying to leave him a tip, he refused and told me it is against their policy. The whole buying process was smooth, and Jonathan is a person of professionalism and integrity.
